That I'm not sure of.

That sucks.. really really really wanted an Umbreon or Alakazam to follow me around everywhere... But it would make sense since Pokemon like Goldeen might have a hard time following you while you're running around =P. Guess i'll have a totodile following me everywhere.

in yellow you couldnt evolve the pikachu....
and pokemon following you around is like mystery dungeon, big ones take up more space

that umbreon should be following me, not you boy XD just kidding...i love pokemon mystery dungeon too...i like the idea of these new games..

Serebii has confirmed that the pokemon following you IS NOT limited to starters. Screenshots of Wobbufett, Steelix, and Kecklon following the protoganist have been released.

Just like Platinum, in Japan, Figures are being given away with the games.

• Pre-Order SS: Lugia Figure
  
• Pre-Order HG: Ho-Oh Figure
  
• Pre-Order Both: Lugia, Ho-Oh and Arceus Figure

Although.. when I got my platinum, I didn't preorder it, yet I got the figure. Maybe the dude working at GameStop was a n00b.. lol

There's also several legendaries confirmed. HG Kyogre or SS Groudon can be obtained when te E4 are beaten are bringing them together on one game allows you catch Rayquaza.

A Jirachi event in Japan over the next few weeks, when transfered to HG/SS will open a new area in the game.

When the movie 12 Arceus is transfered to HG/SS you get the option to catch either a lvl1 Dialga, a lvl1 Palkia, or a lvl1 Giratina.

Oh really! So maybe my chances of an Alakazam following me are high =D. Also was the steelix really big?

aww thats a shame... wonder if legendaries will be scaled down to? It would be kind of weird being the same size as a Groudon or something.. And i'll get my Lugia following me toooo =D

Looking at the Steelix, they will scale them down lots when they follow you... Steelix is meant to be a massive pokemon yet it looks tiny in the screenshot... Nevermind! At least its not confined to the starter!

umm since platinum came out in sept in japan before us, and we got it in march, I think we should have it by sometime march or april.

It just wouldnt be a remake without the Kanto region i reckon. Glad they included it =]. And it appears that HGSS will be A LOT more than just the remake.

uhhhh if it wasnt there, its not a remake, since it is, it wouldnt need to be confirmed....

It is widely speculated now that the new area to the West of Cianwood City with will be the HG/SS Pal Park.

Im surprised their making a pal park since the DSi has no GBA slot. Unless it means migrating D/P/Pt Pokemon.. :O

It's not like it's DSi only.

Nintendo normally makes games to go along with their newest console, which is probably why Soccer said that. Maybe they decided to have a slight change or something.

Yea but there is no such thing as a DSi only game. Besides, the box art has Nintendo DS written on the side.

Hence why I said they probably had a change.
