But yeah, I remember dying to miltank once i think, was a pretty tough cow to take down lol

Back when I played Gold, I lost at least 5 times before realizing the only thing to do was go and train. So I did just that. And she pwned me one more time xD Awesome poem Soccer.

Whitney was evil...the Miltank just kept hitting with Rollout...the first time I played Crystal properly she kept beating me so many times it just wasn't funny. The first time I ever played Crystal I didn't get past Azalea Town xD.

Not knowing when someone posted in this topic last, but whatever.

The remakes are being released 12th September in Japan, with ROM's being released already. It seems a great game, and I do hope the game is toughened, alot. I found the game way to easy to take out.

I beat the Johto E4 with a team of level 35's, and I beat the whole of Kanto by the time the majority of my team were in the early 40's. If HG/SS makes it alot tougher, I will be happy.

Falkner has a level 9 pidgey and a level 13 pidgeotto, Bugsy gained a level for all his pokes, and Whitney lost a level for both her pokes.

so theres new move tutors. not to many move gains, buts theres a ton of pokemon who can team support now.

Damn.. I might just get back into competitive battling seeing all these new moves lol =].

I hope they release the US and Europe release dates soon... I can't wait to get this game! The 2nd gen was definatelty one of my favourites.

A retailer in New Zealand posted listings for Heartgold and Soulsilver with the release date of April 23, 2010. But it isnt confirmed. It will probably be earlier for NA (if the date turns out to be correct).

Hopefully the NZ release date is close or correct. Most dates like that usually are. It'll probably be a few months later for the UK though... If it's earlier for the US than New Zealand, I suppose I could try to import from the US and get a copy before May as opposed to waiting until the UK release date like I usually do...

I hope it comes out in the UK and the USA at the same time.

Australian & New Zealand Release date is 25th March. European one is possibly 26th.
