Pokemon Gold and Silver Remakes

Looks promising enough for these to be real, as there are also other sources that I've found with this information.
Apparently Gold will be named "Pokemon Heart Gold", and silver will be "Pokemon Soul Silver".

Boy.

well serebii doesn't like to trick people its just that people gets bad leads like the big comotion about "shiny gold" and "shiny silver" i think this is real maybe there doing; new game, remake of old game, new game, remake of old game, ect. E.g emrald, fire red leaf green (first region remakes), diamond and peal and platinum, heated gold and soul silver. it makes sence, then i gess the new game will be a new region unless they have no ideas and remake ruby saphire and emerald (lets hope they are a smart bunch of lads)

I think it's released in Japanese in September. I hope it doesn't take long to reach the UK as it has for Platinum...

You have to get the Silver Feather from a man in Pewter City. Then you go to the Whirl islands and Lugia is there.

EDIT: Ho-oh = Lv 40, Lugia = Lv 70

I think (cant remember) you find ho-oh at lvl 40 and lugia at lvl 70 in Gold version and vice versa.

yeah it really doesnt matter what you choose, in gold and silver you could only have the signature move of the pokemon you caught at level 40, but they made heart scales so it doesnt matter anymore, its all up to what version exclusive pokemon you like

my brother told me about this!! i cant believe nintendo finally got off of their butts to think of making a remake! i can hardly wait for this..i lost interest in my pearl so i want to have a really really good file/save on heartgold/soulsilver

anyways, i am super excited for this and i hope the storyline is the same...if nintendo is adding the newer pokemon to heart gold and soul silver, then i won't really be too happy with them..

The following starters is one of the main reasons I loved Yellow so much. The old storyline, with new graphics.. I can only imagine.. =)

I hope you can still go to Kanto in this game too!!!!!! =D

Yeah, Yellow was my first game, and I've been waiting for a g e s for this to happen. If we do travel to Kanto, I hope they kept the jazzy music xD

they should have the same storyline...its so awesome how the remakes will have following starters!! i like chikorita and cyndaquil

pokemon gold and silver were my favorite finally wow im so happy now out of all the pokemon games that was my favorite one no one could not say that gold and silver sucked cause it was the best you had a cell phone and back then in blue an red you didnt see the level bar thing so gold and silver had the level bar where you could see the level you also had night and day it was the best im sorry but diamond and pearl and platnium sucked all it had mwas online play so thats why it was good in some terms, but gold and silver now have online play once they come out GOODBY PLATNIUM AND DIAMOND they goin in the trash and the silver will be in my ds lol im typing really long cause gold and silver are the best and i dont care what anybody says they are truly the best. Gold and silver also had the best generation as well you had three cool loking pokemon to choose from, now you got these weird lookin ones like infernape empoleon and the grasss one wow ive never heard of a fire pokemon bein able to beat a water pokemon (since empoleon is PART STEEL) wow well thats all i have to say
