im going to rate your team one pokemon at a time.

1. Swampert- nature relaxed not a good idea, go with impish + Def -Sp Atk why sacrefice speed when your not going to use special attacks u need all the speed u can get. you have the right item and the moveset is good very similar to mine, but i went with a water type move for STAB.7/10

2. Forretress- again nature. item decent. moves decent.7/10

3.Heatran good. a move to suggest explosion,Substitute or overheat for one good shot.8/10

4. Gengar im going to skip cuz you seem to want it to do one job 7/10 for blissey-5/10 normal

5.Snorlax-you are confused here im guessing it has the thick-fat abillity. ok thick-fat reduces ice and fire attacks heatran is immune to fire and ice is ineffective. heatran is weak to ftg/grd/wtr so i don't know why u would switch out a trouble heatran for a pokemon that won't be effective. incomplete

6. Sal one of my favorites, just ask chris lol. Im not going to leave incomplete just cuz i don't want to give away movesets or stradagies in case i want to try out out for GL. But just wondering why you have 2 special atks with a nature that increases atk and DD also increases atk

ok thanks, im gonna change swamperts nature since i havent made this team the only pokemon i cant change is gengar and forretress.
My salamence is a mixmence moveset from smogon, ive tried to make this team very varied.
(all movesets, evs and natures are from smogon)
and i get what you mean about snorlax, i dont really have a reason for snorlax its just i did post this smogon first and they made me write and explanation for each pokemon so i just put that.

Swampert is not going to outspeed anything, why would it need speed??

You should stick with relaxed and replace avalanche with ice beam, as it OHKOs salamence with SR damage. Otherwise, its Intimidate will make avalanche weaker. EQ makes use of its greater attacking stat.

The rest of the pokes seem fine, in terms of movesets. I think later on you might want to replace some pokes on this team though. 7/10

well if u fought a gym leader u can't use salamence and for hidden power i would replace it with metal burst if possible or a steal type move other wise 8/10

8/10 I could probly win with my tortera infernape empoleon garchomp luxray and staraptor that have moves that can beat each one of them and I agree swampert dont need speed i had one 4 a friend on his ruby and i spent EXACTLY 12hrs and got from start to elite 4 with a lv 86 swampert and it won on its own. I also suggest instead of taunt and secret power put solar beam and sunny day on heatran and for salamance remove outrage and add earthquake cause salamnce weak 2 electric attacks .
