Battle for Research (LC)

so ive decided that i want to study the LC tier (for those of you who dont know what LC is its Little Cup)
what little cup is is battling with level 5 pokemon in there first form. such as elekid, or charmander.

I wish to do this research because LC is so bigt and has so many pokes in it, so why not try and split it up so its like the Modern Metagame, but with baby pokemon. I thought it would be cool and owuld like anybody's assistance to help me out in defining the first class of LC sub tiers.

The tiers will be LC OU, LC UU, and LC NU
but none of these tiers will be determined until i battle around 5 different people so i can start my research.

This would be greatly appreciated if you guys could help.

There's already some tiering for LC, from Pokemon Online.

LC "uber" -

Carvanha, Gligar, Scyther, Sneasel, Tangela, Vulpix, Yanma
Items: Berry Juice, DeepSeaTooth

LC "OU" -

Abra, Aipom, Axew, Bronzor, Chinchou, Cranidos, Croagunk, Darumaka, Diglett, Dratini, Drifloon, Drilbur, Dwebble, Elekid, Ferroseed, Frillish, Gastly, Hippopotas, Houndour, Joltik, Larvesta, Lickitung,Lileep, Machop, Magnemite, Mankey, Meditite, Mienfoo, Misdreavus, Munchlax, Murkrow, Natu, Pawniard, Porygon, Ponyta, Scraggy, Shellder, Slowpoke, Snover, Staryu, Stunky, Taillow, Timburr

hmph, way to crush my dreams..... i was really looking forward to doing this but you just kinda sorta crushed my goal.....

i wanted to research because there may be a change in usage to make the tiers, etc. and i thought it would be fun but noooooo you just had to come in here and say its already been done >.> i dont like you anymore, were over lynja

also some of those pokes you mentioned arent allowed in LC at all :/ ooohhh.... hence why they uber..... nvm

PAWN, just make your own.... it has been done many times before, there are hole leagues dedicated to this, but if you want make your own, we can have our own Rayquaza Forum LC tier.
