So ive been playing around in RU, and found that this team did pretty well for me, but i didnt have an awesome record like 36-7 so im posting it here to get some constructive criticism to make it better.
Moltres @ Life Orb

One of my main attackers but sometimes used as a lure so i can bring out Sandslash or Qwilfish to set up hazards. Fire blast is for powerful STAB, HP grass so im not a total lost cause against waters not named Qwilfish. Air slash for Secondary STAB and flinch chance, and Roost for recovery. Also brought in on Earthquakes/Earthpowers attacking Qwilfish.

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
Pretty self explanatory. Come in set up rocks, and spin others away. sandslash goes well with moltres, as it can come in on potential rock or electric type moves, and set up. The other 2 moves are for when hes done the deed if you know what i mean

Qwilfish (F) @ Leftovers

Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

- Waterfall
My other hazard setter. Qwilfish with intimidate can come in and set up extra hazards, and haze other threats. intimidate helps with physical bulk. Waterfall is so im not taunt bate. Qwilfish also comes in on any water type attacks going for Sandslash or Moltres.

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Foresight
- Hi Jump Kick
- Stone Edge

Now this may come as a surprise, but i have Rapid Spin on Hitmonlee just in case sandslash doesnt get to spin. Hitmonlee has Hi Jump Kick as a powerful STAB and can punch holes in things that even resist it thanks to reckless and life orb. Stone Edge is for flying types, and foresight is so i can hit ghosts with stab.
Galvantula (M) @ Life Orb

EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunder
- Bug Buzz
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Certainly a powerhouse on my team and does great with 91acc Thunder and life orb. Thunder is one heck of a STAB. Bug Buzz is for secondary STAB and does a lot of damage to things that resist Thunder like Lanturn. Energy Ball is for and grounds that come in on him, and HP fire is for steels.

- Whirlwind
- Brave Bird
A wall on my team. with its decent Speed, it can come in and taunt a setup sweeper, and whirlwind it away so it can do hazard damage to the opposing team. Roost is for and damage it takes and recoil damage. Brave Bird is so that i dont become taunt bate.
