which is better sand storm team or a hail team??

sand storm cuz a hail storm team limits your options to a handfull of pokes but a SS team has lots of options

It depends how you use them. Sandstorm teams may have the option for more variety, but Hail teams can be just as good if used well.

In my opinion, both suck. To take advantage of sand, you'd have to use some pokes that can take advantage, whether by toxistalling, sand veil abuse, and pokemon that are immune. However, those pokemon would be pretty weak to some common types such as ice, water, grass, ground, fighting, and steel types. Gliscor, ttar, forretress, Cradily, hippo, etc.

However, hail stall in my opinion is much worse. Abomasnow imo doesn't really have much use since it has a horrible typing. If Abomasnow is there, there is almost always a stallrein, and a spiker, usually froslass. Scizor destroys everything and so do SR, T-spikes, and Spikes. It's fairly simple to play around stall.

If I had to choose between SS or Hail, I'd pick SS.
