New tier changes!

Its July, and you know what that means! Smogon Tier Change!

For those that didnt know smogon is doing tier changes at the end of Dec and June by promoting a few pokes to OU and demoting a few pokes down UU etc. I must say in the past I never cared about the tier changes, but Im actually excited to see whats new this time.

Promoted to OU- Mew, Hippowdon, Abomasnow

Demoted from OU to UU- Mienshao scrafty.

Sand is also ban in UU so there will be no more sand stream users.

Mew should've been OU, I love that guy, I use it alot and Im sure anyone that uses Mew will find the awesomeness in it. It can literally be any set from a set up sweeper to a lead as well a baton passer.

oh man , i used to run a sand team in Wifi and DW UU, ranked soo so high , now it's all gone Well if Hippo's OU then you could pree much say Stoutland is OU, it has no uses if not sand rush although it could be a bulky intimidater LOOOOL. And sandslash could just function as a def wall in RU..

Abomasnow is BL (aka waiting list for OU or UU) for almost 2 years! You should be happy that it finally got a promotion xD

lol so is staraptor omg I think at one point singer was BL/or BL2? staraptor was a powerhouse in UU...

Its based on usage, so I guess for the last 6 months people have been using abomasnow alot.

no, no one use kyurem these days, glaceon sucks, and the new poke for hail teams is Kyreum W which is sadly uber, so people with hail teams head to monotype because Kyurem W is aloud in mono.
