Warning Bar and other general updates?

Erm do you think the site would benefit from a warning Bar?


also i was poundering in my free time as one does. and i was thinking does the site need to be updated, at this moment in time i have no clue what i mean by updated so asking is a bit pointless, but with summer comming along rapidly maybe we need something to attract the members? or maybe just get the ball rolling again? By this i mean post count or general things that makes me want to log onto ray....



i dunno more about the warning bar thought... lol
