the elite 4 should b able to handle anything that is thrown at them, that is why they are the best cause they took it all, any and all of the uber pkm can and have been defeted even with the right moves and combos, they were just out smarted it is not that hard, the general rules need to b very detalied and have links to the band items moves and pkm or wt ever. the elite four should have the option of having uber pkm too i mean they all are put in the game so why should some b denyed and others alowed, tats like saying out of a group of ppl picking out random ppl and telling them they have to leave cause of a certain skill
