Er, it's Miles "Tails" Prower not Power (as in miles per hour) and tails is a fox, not a racoon. It relates to japanese folklore about kitsune which can grow up to nine tails, 1 every 1000 years.

Oh, sorry. Okay...Remember to draw a Rayquaza for the last round. Any pose is fine, but remember to color. Since school will start soon/has started already, I will expand the deadline if needed. Final drawings should be done by September 12.
