Pokemon Black 2 bugg issue... IF you know please help...

It was 6-7 days ago when i battled on WiFi Random match... I was low in battery and i didn't notice because i was about to win In the end my NDSl turned off so i lost. When i tried to battle again it said that i have to wait for one hour. I was tired so i left it for the next day to play again... The following day when i tried to do a Random Match up it said that i have to wait for one hour... again...
Its been 4-5 days and its still says the same thing...!!!
Anyone knows something about it...?? Any help will be grateful accepted...!!!

Maybe you have to keep it on for an hour? Like play for an hour and try again

Well Insane i have already done this... actually i was playing for 5-7 hours and i tried again and still nothing... I am still searching in the internet for any advice i didn't find anything yet...
its a very rare bug with the game cart...!!! If anyone come across with something like that please let me know...

i dunno if you have to but you may have to start the game over. maybe that would fix it
