| Blaziken is Uber because he has speed boost which makes him near unstoppable. Manaphy got moved down because he was deemded to be less uselful. | |

| V-Create victini is still OU supposedly because, although its Uber powerful, it does have drawbacks and will cause problems. Also another reason maybe because it hasn't been realesed yet... | |
