| Since a few tournaments have been posted at a bad time, Rayquaza, the moderators and I have been discussing a new rule which should be complied with before members create future tournaments.
To avoid possible clashes between tournaments, we came to the conclusion that anyone who wishes to host one should first PM either myself (Chris) or Rayquaza to receive permission before creating their tourney. If there is another tournament being planned we will reply letting you know when it'd be best to post your tournament so that there are no clashes.
Without clashes between tournaments and with some restraint over when they are posted, tournaments will run more smoothly and will be more enjoyable for all the members. | |

| To add to Chris, when you do get approval and post your tournament. Please include "Approved by Chris/Rayquaza" at the start of the thread to avoid confusion.
