| glalie doesnt have much of a special attack choice specs is probably your best option, or maybe leftovers in hail
starmie can have leftovers or if your sweeping, go for choice specs or scarf or if you think you dont want to be forced out by paralysis, toxic etc, you can give it a lum berry
im guessing torkoal is a wall, and walls usually have leftovers....again fire types arent great walls though.... go for weezing! | |

| Glalie is a rather poor choice since it has average stats in all stats, meaning it doesnt excel at anything. But if you must use it, i'd suggest Timid with max speed, and choice scarf to give it a pretty good speed and revenge kill low health monsters. However if your team uses lots of paralysis you may go for choice specs since paralysed pokemon will mostly go last. A pretty good moveset for metagross is Bullet Punch/Ice Punch, Meteor Mash, Earthquake and Explosion. Item should be Life Orb for easier use, or choice band if you're confident with predicting. Most Starmies hold leftovers nowadays. But depending on how you EV'd it. It could use choice specs. Since Glalie already has a scarf and should be rather fast. However if you want to be faster than certain pokemon after a boost in speed. Use Scarf. Again, if your team uses lots of paralysis, go with specs. Lifeorb/Leftovers is also viable so that you can use recover. Sorry but i dont know much about Torkoal .. lol, but im guessing leftovers would be the best choice for it =P Hope i helped a bit | |
