I have to agree totters does have the coolest design out of all the 4th gen starter, however I do like piplup, and empoleon is kinda has some baddassery which we love.

Infernape to me was just another fire/fighting type, didn't like that it just copied Blaziken in that way. Torterra is pretty badass to be fair, he's the same species as Groudon (Continent Pokémon), and is basically just the earth walking around. Empoleon is my favourite, partially because I'm always slightly bias to the water types, but also because he's an Emperor Penguin, and they're awesome.

Thats like the only good starter yo. Blaziken and venusaur only gets up there cus of their dream world ability otherwise they are complete shit like the other starters.
