Wheres the pikachu (jks). Actually, you might find pikachu can surprise many people and catch them off guard. One strategy i once tried using stuff that people dont know how to deal with. Other than that advice (which you can completely ignore), definately Rotom-W > Rotom-F unless you can justify why him and not someone else. The elevtrivire with two fighting moves? Go for a fire punch or something to help him be more all rounded and help with scizors and genesects. There is not much i cant tell you about the other pokemon since i dont use them, but i know insane used a zapdos a lot and many other people but i have never seen a bulky zapdos so far. If that bulk doesnt work go for a life orb/ choice scarf sweeper set instead. That being said, your team is pretty solid.
