There are a few that still plays 4th gen, though its slim. I trade in my game a long time ago or else I wouldn't mind giving you a battle.

Im incline to believed that its tough to find 4th gen competitive battles these days. The 5th generation game has been out for almost 2 years! Anyone that has the slightest competitive in battling has moved on, leaving the remaining players not-so competitive/casual type.
